SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We usually pack and ship your order within a day after the order has been placed, except from weekends/holidays and periods when we manage many orders which can affect the packing time. The delivery time is usually 2-6 business days depending on which country you live in.

We always use fast express courier in order to delivery your items as soon as possible. We always use DHL express and this is the only shipping delivery method, except from hand delivery in our Headquesrters in Via Valgua 1B, 24021 Albino, Italy, which is available after texting us and asking for the availability. By using DHL , UPS, POST etc.. you will also receive a link where you can follow and manage your order.

The package is delivered to the given address. If DHL or others by any reason can’t deliver the package to your address, it will be forwarded to a pickup location and you’ll be notified where you can collect it. All of our deliveries are shipped with DHL, UPS, POST... and DHL Worldwide for US and Canada.

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

RETURNS POLICY & REFUNDS

As a small Company, despite our efforts, we are unable to apply free returns policy. For this reason is very important to consult the size chart and check out if our products fit your size and reflect your style.

Therefore, if you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at hello@doublebackflip.com indicating the reasons for the return. We will give you all the details on how to proceed.

Our products aren't crafted with a massive industrial productive method, for this reason some product could be different from the others and they could appear different compared to the pictures and videos we use for promoting our Company.

To be able to utilize the return policy, the product should be in new condition as in the same condition as when we shipped it. Any product or size labels should remain on the products for us to approve the return. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us on our chat or at hello@doublebackflip.com and we will help you right away and find a solution. Returns are always at customer's charge. The amount for the return would be the same amount you payed for the shipping.

After returning your item, we will give you a discount code which amount will be the same of the items you purchased, shipping costs excluded. You can apply the discount code in the cart page in the dedicated section. In this way you will only have to pay for the shipping.
